When you connect your Google account, we request access to the following Google APIs:

  • Gmail (read) — to display your emails in the unified inbox
  • Gmail (send) — to allow you to send emails directly from ORBI
  • Gmail (modify) — to mark messages as read/unread and organize your inbox
  • Google Calendar — to show and manage your calendar events
  • User email address — for account identification and authentication

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To display your messages and emails in a unified inbox
  • To enable AI-powered replies, summaries, and automation
  • To send messages on your behalf when you explicitly request it
  • To improve the functionality and performance of the service

4. Data Storage and Security

We store only the minimum data necessary to operate the service. Your Google access tokens are encrypted and stored securely. We do not sell, share, or rent your personal data to third parties. All data in transit is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS.

5. Google API Data Usage

ORBI's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data to serve ads, train AI models beyond the scope of the service, or share data with third parties without explicit user consent.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

You can disconnect your Google account at any time from the Settings page. Upon disconnection, we delete all stored tokens and cached data associated with your account within 30 days. To request full deletion of your account data, contact us at the email below.

7. Third-Party Services

ORBI uses the following third-party services to operate:

  • Clerk — for user authentication
  • Supabase — for database storage
  • Vercel — for hosting
  • OpenAI / Anthropic — for AI features (no personal data is permanently stored by these providers)

8. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You may also revoke Google permissions at any time via your Google Account settings.
